What kind of workouts are best for fitness improvements? 

Workouts with a lower effort and longer volume are best to build up a foundation for harder workouts with higher training loads. 

MY APPROACH

Step 1. Screenings, Measures and Analysis

Depending on your situation, needs and interests, you and I will use a variety of screenings to decide how to get you started toward your results.

Heart, lungs & metabolic: Since these systems drive your health, fitness and ability. You and I will challenge and  screen here during your 'get started' session.

Muscle Work: Next we will use a number of interesting measures to gain starting points for your muscular endurance, strength and flexibility work.

Remember: A personalized fitness plan is important but its only half way. You'll need to commit to making good food choices often. Its the most dependable and proven way to drop weight, enhance recovery, boost energy and feel awesome!
 

Step 2. Personalization of Program

These screenings and measures will identify your starting points and are key to your success and progression. This enables the individualization of your programs for health improvement, endurance, strength and weight control.

Each session includes activities that will improve your endurance, strength and flexibility.

Once you are moving on your initial program, we'll revisit your original screenings to gauge your progress and to adjust your next steps.
