You will see results because I create your Fit by Fred exercise routine using a unique, five-step approach developed through more than 37,000 hours of client time. It starts with an in-depth discussion about your current needs, health situation, lifestyle habits and what you want to achieve. If we get started I combine that information with modern fitness screening to design a customized, easy-to-follow program focused on your goals, from building muscle to getting in shape.
My role is more than a fitness coach; I’m your partner. In each one-on-one session, I perform your routine with you, ensuring you stay focused and motivated, so you continually increase stamina, strength and flexibility. In each session, I take time to chat with you to ensure you feel good about the progress you are making. And I give you advice for making smart, simple lifestyle changes that will further boost your health, energy and confidence.
