You will improve performance because I create your Fit by Fred exercise routine using a unique, five-step approach developed through more than 37,000 hours of client time. It starts with an in-depth discussion about your needs, current exercise routine, health, lifestyle and what you want to achieve. I combine that information with modern fitness screening to design a customized, easy-to-follow program focused on your goals, from enhanced endurance to increased strength and speed.
My role is more than a fitness coach; I’m your partner. In each one-on-one session, I perform your routine with you, ensuring you stay focused and motivated, so you continually increase strength and speed safely. In each session, I take time to chat with you to ensure you feel good about the progress you are making. And I give you advice for making smart, simple lifestyle changes that will further boost your performance, health and energy levels.
